This section offers some advice and guidance for preparing for Ofsted/inspections, and for informing your senior management teams about Musical Futures
While many music teachers/practitioners take on Musical Futures in relative isolation, with little or no support from within the school, it is much more effective and sustainable in the long-term if there is whole-school buy-in for Musical Futures. But unless handled carefully, the very people you need to have behind you might consider it too risky and disruptive an innovation. This section therefore offers some advice on what to consider when presenting Musical Futures to others.
